Fifty years of financial services history came together to create Silvergate, starting by sharing an office in a local estate agent, we quickly gained exposure with our unique offer to protect any client against losing money when property purchases fell through, which allowed us to expand into two further branches and our very own office, developing our services and being able to provide the community with every aspect of financial planning we could. ​ Since then we have never stopped striving to improve, and now we have the opportunity to show how far we have come with our beautiful new head office in the heart of Jarrow. Turning an old disheveled shell of a building into the stunning offices we have today is more than a metaphor for what we continue to do within the industry, and regardless of our fantastic services, the pure transformation is something to be celebrated.
