Silver Service Estate Agents was set up in 1993 by Paul Silver who, after 16 years working for larger multiple agencies, decided to go solo with the avowed aim of providing the best service that they could offer, tempered by a personal touch that they could not.
Paul knows the local property market inside out, which is hardly surprising since he’s been immersed in it for over 43 years. Because of this, he is able to offer people a fair, realistic and objective assessment of the market.
Silver Service is proud of its record, which has withstood the closest scrutiny and still comes up trumps. The business is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and also the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme. It has also been rated among the top 30 per cent of estate agencies throughout England and Wales, in an independent survey conducted by Hometrack.
Paul’s efficient support team includes one member of staff who’s been there for over twenty five years.
