A site survey is carried out before installation, including customer liaison meeting/s to ensure programming and timing is as per your requirements. To ensure continuity and deliver the confidence you deserve we are available 24 hours a day. All our customers large or small receive the same personal attention through the installation. As with all things shiny and new, it takes time to settle into them. Our service in this area does not stop after the job is completed, we view the first 3 months as a settling in period allowing for free system tweaks and changes, ongoing training and support all free of charge.
