Our services cover side return, rear and wrap-around extensions on Victorian and Edwardian terraces, kitchen extensions, single and double storey extensions, and every type of loft conversion: dormer, hip-to-gable, mansard and Velux, including bungalow and small low-ceiling lofts.

Every project includes architectural drawings, the planning application or lawful development certificate, structural engineering, party wall notices, construction and building regulations sign-off through to the completion certificate. Gas, water and electrical certificates are provided at handover.
