The development includes a number of live/work units and commerical spaces some of which are now occupied by artists. As a result, a natural artistic hub is emerging and the main gallery space at Keel House, one of the live/work units has housed a number of successful exhibitions in the last few years. The Christmas Cornucopia are hugely successful exhibitions.
Work is shown in a number of venues with a wide variety of beautiful hand-crafted gifts and artworks. Open Gardens is an established annual event and Shipyard Studios host a Spring exhibition to coincide with the weekend of garden visits. Studio gardens are also open during the exhibition.
