Sherwood Park Dental Practice

Mr. Damji graduated from UCH London with a bachelors in dental surgery and established Sherwood Park Dental Practice from his predecessor over 37 years ago. In 2014, he oversaw the practice premises undergo renovation to create a brighter contemporary space where patients still feel at home to relax and dispel any anxieties they may have about dental treatment.

Mr. Damji has a wealth of experience in general dentistry and minor oral surgery and believes that by supporting the technological advancements in dentistry the patient will always benefit be it from a diagnosis or treatment perspective.

He has been a mentor to many young dentists embarking on their dental careers in his community and has a passion in particular for crown and bridge restoration. Many of his patients travel from far away to see him and as long term patients have also become good friends to him and his family.

Mr. Damji was involved in setting up a dental care unit in Kabul Afghanistan 2008, with the Roshan Project where a financial model was created which aimed to subsidise treatment costs for locals to ensure they could improve their dental health. He enjoyed a return visit to the clinic to see the fruits of his labour and is always interested in other dental projects happening around the world.
