Shape Contractor

Jim formed the company in 2008. Originally working alone he now employs another heating engineer and apprentice plumber. Because of Jim's expertise and valued customer care attitude, the company has grown steadily since formation (even during a hard recession). We have maintained this by carrying out heating, plumbing and electrical of a consistently high standard.

Shane has been with Shape Contractor since 2010. Originally an apprentice working closely alongside Jim King, he gained considerable knowledge and expertise. On completion of his apprenticeship he took up a full-time position and has been building on our reputation for quality work. He now works mentors our apprentice Harry Plummer passing valuable skills and knowledge for Harry's future.

Harry left School in June 2014 after his GCSE examinations and joined Shape Contractor a week later. He is currently studying day release on a Government Apprenticeship Scheme (Plumbing) at Basingstoke College of Technology.
