We are an architectural practice based in Lisburn Co. Antrim. Presently we are focusing on home extensions, renovations and new build houses, and being small, we maintain a personal involvement in all our projects. Clients can appoint us simply to obtain statutory approvals, such as planning permission and building control, or we can manage further aspects of the project such as tender, contractor advice, site inspection and contract certificates. We use Computer Aided Design for efficiency, which helps with communication and the economics of the project generally. We aim to maintain a friendly and efficient service to our clients by designing energy efficient buildings that are value for money.
