Shades Decorating Services was founded in 1994 as a full time professional company offering all manner of your decorating needs. It was founded by Roger Short shortly after leaving Jarvis Training Centre as the Training Assesor. At Jarvis his job was both managing and teaching. He used to teach painting and decorating skills to the un-employed. As well as this he was responsible for ensuring that the quality of teaching was kept to the higest standards.
It is these high standards that he has brought into the company. During his years in the business (over 40!) he has been responsible for many major projects for some of the largest UK companies right down to the smallest of homes.
