Sergeants Ironmongers in Catherine Hill, which is a treasure trove for household goods and hardware, arrived in Frome following a European journey for its owners. Unable to find inspiration in rural Bedfordshire, Steve and his partner decided to make a radical decision, so packed all of their possessions in the back of an aging Ford Fiesta and set off for a tour of Europe to look for that elusive business idea and the way of life they hoped for, and headed into the unknown.

Four months and a headful of adventures later, somewhere in the heat and fumes of Gibraltar, they decided that the UK is actually a pretty good place to be after all, and headed back. Next, they found themselves camping at Marlborough, before finding a house and a business premises in Frome - but with still no idea as what to do with it.
