Sensible Property Management is a specialist dedicated property management company with considerable experience and expertise within the Eastbourne, Bexhill-on-Sea and St Leonards-on-Sea areas. We already manage some 600 properties within a variety of blocks (ranging from 3 to 138 properties).

However, we pride ourselves on being different in our approach to most of our competitors, being completely focused on property management, whilst delivering our Clients long-term value through a committed and dedicated personal service.

Since Sensible Property Management started business in 2009, we have built up a growing reputation together with an increased portfolio of properties that we manage from our central head office, based in the heart of Eastbourne. We take the time to listen to you and offer the flexibility of tailoring our services to suit your requirements, since we understand that a standard package solution does not suit all.
