Select Pest Services was founded in 2013 by general manager Sam Wilson. Sam has worked in the pest control industry for more than 25 years, starting out as a technician, and progressing to become a sales manager for an international pest control company with a household name. When someone phoned in with a problem, they were answered by a call-centre operator who knew nothing about pest control and wasn't able to give them any advice there and then.

When someone phoned in with a problem, they were answered by a call-centre operator who knew nothing about pest control and wasn't able to give them any advice there and then. They would arrange for someone else to get back to them at a later date. As far as I'm concerned, that's not good enough.
When anyone phones Select Pest Services, they're not going to be talking to someone in a call-centre outside Northern Ireland who knows nothing about the problem. They're going to be talking to me, or another experienced pest control technician, who can give them advice and reassurance straight away. That's what Select Pest Services is all about.
