Selby Gym

Our aim is to provide affordable and professional advice and physical training regarding health, fitness and well-being. Excel Health & Fitness Ltd visit over 15 primary schools each week across North Yorkshire delivering P.E. and specific sports coaching to children aged 5 to 12. Our work within the community continues alongside the SelbyGYM project. Our trainers and coaches teach self defence to University students, women's societies and to young adults with physical and learning difficulties. We teach exercises to the elderly by visiting care homes and continue to offer all these specialist services at very affordable rates due to our funding and community grants we strive to achieve.
