Our club currently trains on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Llangennech and a Thursday and Sunday in Tumble. We are Proud Members of BIKO (British Institute of Karate Organisation). We are also a Member of WKGB (Welsh Karate Governing Body) and by consequence we are a member of the EKF and WKF (European Karate Federation and the World Karate Federation).
