Finding a counsellor can be a daunting task and you may have been thinking about it for some time, but were not really sure where to turn.
I opened SeeClear Counselling because I wanted someone like you to be able to have access to counselling locally, when you need it most and at an affordable cost.
I believe everyone has the right to have access to counselling when they need it most.
As a counsellor I have worked with clients experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, work related stress, low self-confidence and low self-esteem, along with other mental health conditions and life problems.
Throughout my life I have been aware of how counselling can help people find a way to cope with some of life struggles, get someone through a difficult period in their life or help them to find a way to cope with life better.
It can be hard when you feel your problems are in charge of you instead of you being in charge of your problems. Things like anxiety and depression are difficult to live with.
