Jeni qualified in human resource management, post graduate level, in 2007 and has considerable experience in working with private and public sector clients. Jeni is passionate about her role and always offers the best advice to employers with regards to absence management, employee relations, disciplinaries, grievances and much more. Paul has been working in Health & Safety roles for many years now and is an expert in his field. Charlotte qualified from the University of The West of England with a degree in Business Studies, she then followed this up a few years later with a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management whilst working at BAE Systems where she progressed from an administration role to a PA role to finally finding her niche in Human Resources.

In 2008 Charlotte moved to a large further educational institute where she vastly expanded her HR experiences.
