If we opened offices in major cities and towns across Scotland our costs would increase dramatically. As online estate agents we do not employ valuers for two reasons. Firstly, a valuers main job is to negotiate a selling fee with the seller - we do not need to do this as our costs are fixed. Secondly, the Home Report in Scotland has a value placed on the property by the surveyor.
