In the late 1990s, Dave McCloskey and David Scott, Scomac Services' Directors, wanted to offer a service which was based on partnering with clients and sub-contractors as a way of greatly enhancing the business. As a result of their discussions, they launched Scomac Services in 1998, a building services company, offering a proactive approach, developed by forging trust between clients and contractors alike.
