Due to the continued success of the Mindfulness classes, Angela will be running Part 1 of her MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) course on a Saturday morning on the 7th, 14th 21st and 28th of September from 10 to 12.30. If you book prior to the 13th July 2019 the Early Bird Cost will be £130 increasing to £150 for later bookings.
