Sara Virgo Childminder

There are two parts to the childcare service we offer. Firstly a childcare setting which cares for a maximum of 12 pre-school children with up to three of us working with the children at any one time.We are a small team of childminders and child carers who work together to provide a very reliable, friendly and fun childcare setting.Sara left the nursery to care for her own children and then when they were at preschool she became Supervisor of the playgroup they attended. The playgroup took children from 2 and a half to 5 years.Sara has been a volunteer at both the special school which my children attended and also at their Riding for the Disabled Group. Sara’s experience covers children from birth up to 18 years andshe has a wide range of experience with special educational needs and medical needs including experience with feeding issues, gastrostomy and nasal tube feeding and care, hearing difficulties, learning disabilities, global developmental delay, balance and coordination problems and speech, language and communication difficulties. Sara is the Agency Director for the childminder agency as well as continuing to take an active role in the childcare provision. To avoid any potential conflict Sara has retained her Ofsted childminder registration.
