The majority of our block management business involves acting on behalf of the Leaseholders who have either set up a limited company with each leaseholder having a share in the management company, or have formed a Residents Association. We maintain the common parts and structure of the properties and administer their service charges. We provide an easy contact route by which issues can be reported and updates on progress are available. We, as the managing agent, will arrange all the services such as gardening, cleaning, insurance requirements, preparation of accounts and company secretarial correspondence. We calculate the service charge along with the sinking fund which is collected from each leaseholder. This in turn meets the anticipated outgoings of the limited company. We have an excellent response time and believe that with our regular site visits and one to one approach with residents and the development company directors our service is second to none.
