I have worked in a Pilates Studio for 5 years and therefore use a lot of core stability work in rehabilitation. I have good links with Winchester Pilates where further work can be continued. I also use acupuncture as an adjunct to many of my techniques. It is generally used in conjunction with a home exercise programme to promote an all round effect. I am registered with most leading insurance companies and am happy to invoice them directly therefore limiting the cost to you as a patient. In the coming months I intend to have the clinic open on a more full time basis. I am hoping to have other professionals using the facilities such as a chiropodist/podiatrist ...so watch this space!
