Sally Dyer Relational Counselling

My name is Sally and welcome to my page. I am committed to providing psychotherapy and counselling in a safe and confidential environment. I am able to work in short term counselling work and longer term in psychotherapy. I am trained to work in many areas particularly Trauma, Depression, Anxiety and Relationship difficulties.

I work from both Weymouth and Dorchester. Relationships are integral to our emotional health and well being. Relationships past and present can really impact on what we think and how we feel about ourselves right now. As we grow we are like sponges and what we absorb from what is happening around us can be really important. The relationship we have with ourselves can be influenced by this. It is therefore possible that what we have experienced in the past might be influencing the choices we are making in the present. To be curious about this can be enlightening. Finding the right person to work with is important, to be "really" heard and understood is integral to the therapeutic process and can be very healing. Some clients come with certain goals others might not be sure, both are okay. Psychotherapy and Counselling can enable better communication as well as providing an enhanced understanding of yourself and others around you.
