Sahara Tan was set up in 2001 by Gordon and Karen. Our shop is at 82-84 Saltwell Road Gateshead NE8 4XE. We also offer a range of sunbed products from many suppliers. Sahara Tan offers a clean and friendly enviroment, our sunbeds are wiped out and deodorised after every session. We also offer teeth whitening, Vibration Station and Spray tanning. Following recent changes to the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010 it is now against the law for a salon to allow use of its sunbeds to anyone under the age of 18. This law came into affect on April 8th 2011. We have attempted to notify any clients registered with us under this age in advance of the announcement to avoid any confusion however from now onwards if staff are in any doubt as to your age, please carry suitable id with you when visiting the salon. Failure to do so may result in you being turned away.
