Whether you are new to martial arts or more experienced, we have something for you. All of our sessions are offered in fully segregated training area's, so women train with women, and men train with men, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are new to martial arts - a great way to start is with our 8 weeks beginners course.
We are looking for motivated and reliable people to do flyer distribution in Milton Keynes, door to door distributing as well as at events. It would be a temporary position, but with good results then we may look at extending it to a more permanent place. 3: If you were giving out flyers offering a free session, what would you say to the person you was giving it to, and how would you approach them?
There are also childrens class running at the new MK Islamic Centre, for Archery, Self defense and wrestling.
