Douglas is the resident optometrist and started at Ryley & Evans in 1996 when Miss Evans retired. He qualified as an optometrist in 1993 and won the National Glaucoma award as part of the Queen's Medical Centre team in 2009. The team at Ryley & Evans has a vast amount of experience.

Dispensing optician Julie Dove started at the practice as a receptionist. She is now a fully qualified dispensing optician and has 30 years dispensing experience. The team are focussed on giving patients a personalised practice experience and high quality service. The practice dates back over 100 years and was formerly a doctor's surgery. It has recently been re-designed to reflect the team's values and high standards of service.
