Rugstore NE is a trading name of Sunderland Carpet Centre, a family-owned and operated business trading from our present site in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear since 1986. We have supplied high-quality rugs and hall runners across the UK since 2001 from our online Rug Shop located in the North East of England.

Our modern rugs are available in a range of designs, from streamlined monotone patterns to reworks of classic retro. Many of these are hand-woven in India using pure wool. Featuring a dazzling array of patterns from floral motifs to colourful and eye-catching stripes such as our popular Estella Collection, where selected designs are accentuated with silky viscose yarns and delicate hand-carved detailing. This ensures that even the busiest looking rug contains the most meticulous attention to detail in its production.
