We ensure that our staff are trained in every aspect of the relevant sections of Letting and Property Management; from viewings, advertising and sign-ups, to repairs, maintenance, inventories, and landlord statements. We offer a fair and competitive rate both to landlords and tenants. We don’t charge you or your tenant to renew the contract after the initial term, we won’t charge any commission on repairs and maintenance, and we don’t charge applicants excessive amounts in administration fees. This cements us as one of the most competitive letting agents in the region. We like to think we’re friendly and approachable, and there’s no obligation to commit to anything.
