Our high standards and in-depth expertise has brought the company a large and growing number of satisfied clients, all of which regularly return for consultations on a wide range of specialist construction services.Founded in 1979, Royden Construction is a hand’s on family run business, which has built a solid track record for domestic, commercial and industrial building over the years, with repeat business from a long list of major clients in the local authority, health, education, commercial and industrial sectors.The founding director Barry Watkin built the company from a 2 man band to a 40 strong workforce with accredited sub-contractors to complement our services.Retiring in 2008 and taking a much deserved back seat ,Barry Watkin passed the reigns to his son Matthew Watkin who has considerably downsized the company to deliver a more personal and committed service in the domestic and commercial sectors.
