It is an unfortunate fact of life that not all relationships are successful. When a relationship breaks down it is not unusual for one or both parties to seek legal advice. Often in such cases there are many issues to resolve. It may be necessary to decide who the children will live with, contact arrangements with the other parent and financial and property matters. Each clients circumstances differ and many factors have to be considered before deciding which course of action to take.

In April 2013 the Government stopped most of the legal and funding for family matters with the exception of domestic violence and child care matters with social services involvement. We are able to offer a fixed fee service for clients not covered by the above. We are also able to set up an affordable monthly payment plan after the initial meeting.
