Expect comfortable rooms with contemporary bathrooms, which can flexibly accommodate 5 guests. There's a ground floor double ensuite, with good level access from the parking area. 

A small first-floor double bedroom has a single room next door, making it useful for family, friends or wedding parties travelling together.  This single room is only available to guests booking the double bedroom. 

​The guest sitting room is well-stocked with books, maps and local tourist information.  It has a magnificent view, free wifi and television.  There are a wood-burning stove and central heating throughout. 

 We offer Aga-cooked breakfasts and evening meals. Breakfast includes cereals, fresh juice and fruit. Your cooked breakfast has bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, toast, marmalade and jams. Tea and cafetiere coffee.  Early breakfast is available on request.

A three-course evening meal can be booked in advance at £22 per head. Sample menu: first course - smoked salmon, roast chicken with roasted vegetables, chocolate pudding and cream, coffee and mints. 

There is an award-winning pub 5 minutes away, or you can take a charming walk across the fields and along the riverbank to a traditional local pub, torches are provided for late returns! There are plenty of wonderful places to dine locally from a Michelin starred restaurant to a Sri Lankan curry hut on the beach.
