Established in 2006 when old college friends Simon & Matthew had spent many months researching estate agents in order to kick start a career of property development. What transpired from this research was that the standards of agents fell way below the expectations of many of their clientele. This was the eureka moment.
Simon ROSE & Matthew ColLINS decided it was time to change all that and Roselins was born.
After a year or so, Matthew’s dealings took him to sunnier climes and he sold his share in the business to James Salmon. James, a good friend of Simon’s had a long established career in estate agency and wanted to be involved in the impressive customer centric approach that Roselins were all about. The rest as they say is history. Roselins continues to be independently run with a strong focus on the customer, local knowledge and property expertise.
Simon is married and has 2 sons. James is married and has 2 daughters and a son. The kids helped design this site... we hope you like their work. Roselins has gone on to win numerous customer awards including agent of the year 2016 & 2017 as well as best customer service 2017 in the allAgents awards.
