I am a UKCP registered Integrative psychotherapist and counsellor with over 10 years experience within the NHS, organisations, and in private practice. I offer a sensitive, confidential therapy service to individuals and couples who are struggling with either longstanding emotional problems or recent difficulties. I have specialist training in traumatic stress counselling and offer EMDR and Debriefing to individuals and organisations. At the heart of my therapeutic model is the belief that within a safe, non- judgemental and mutually collaborative environment, we can all begin to reconnect with our true selves; inviting creativity, awareness and compassion.
