Our team can provide full specification services complete with CAD design works for each project and are always on hand to discuss any requirements with the customer. We can also demonstrate our Audio Visual, Security and Home Automation systems in our comfortable Living Room setup. Our combined mechanical and electrical skills have allowed us to provide a cost effective and comprehensive design and build service for national construction companies including Hill Partnerships, Galliford Try Construction, Linden Homes, Banner Homes and many others. We have completed many flagship developments, from multi apartment developments with district heating and CHP provision to individual properties valued in excess of £9,000,000, where we provided complete Mechanical, Electrical, Audio Visual and Security Systems solutions. As well as working closely with property developers, we also have considerable experience of working with high net worth individuals and understand the need for NDA’s, privacy and provision of a totally unique tailored service.
