Rock Jam Music School

Rock Jam was founded by Mike Worthington in early 2014. After completing his degree in Music and Sound Technology and his diploma at DrumTech in London he started to teach drums privately aswell as gig as much as possible in and around London with numerous bands. He continues to gig extensively, with notable gigs including the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony and Wembley Stadium."Playing live is one of the best parts of learning an instrument, which is one of the main reasons I started Rock Jam. I wanted to create a fun and inspiring environment for students to not only learn but to also perform. The live jam session at the end of each lesson gives the student that environment in which they can play what they have learnt with other musicians."All of our tutors are local to the area and have a great passion for music and teaching. They can be seen performing in the local area and further afield so you may well recognise some of them!
