My name is Rob, and I am a fully qualified professional counsellor/psychotherapist. I have a proven track record of helping people work through their problems and concerns. I offer a safe and confidential space to do this. My aim is to understand you, to listen to you without judgment, and use my skills to help you find a way forward with whatever problem or situation is causing you concern or suffering. Working with me can help you find a way through, and can help you to find new perspective and explore new ways of feeling and thinking. I have experience of helping many people make positive changes to their lives, and the NHS approved assessment tool (CORE-OM) that I use demonstrates that my counselling/psychotherapy leads to reliable and measurable improvements to wellbeing, functioning, and resolution of problems/symptoms.
