We are hog roast, pig roast and game specialists with over 20 years experience of catering, from fine dining to BBQs. Our approach to event catering is the customer comes first, so that is why, unlike other companies we do not have a set menu. We want you, the customer, to tell us what you want, so we can tailor a menu to suit your requirements.Pork, beef and game birds are locally sourced from Owen Taylor Ltd, a traditional butcher based in the Midlands.We can roast top quality pig, spit roast chicken or game birds, or provide quality barbeque food, like juicy steaks, home-made burgers and fine sausages, all locally sourced.We also boast an impressive variety of standard and gourmet salads, vegetarian options, Canapé and desserts.
