I grew up in a small village near Bridgend, Wales, but moved to Redhill in Surrey after graduating from the University of Glamorgan with a degree in engineering. Since then I have moved around a bit, but I've been living in Waterlooville for over a decade now and, as I really love the area, I think I'll be here for a long time to come.

I am married to Lorna, who assists me on many photographic assignments and designs most of the wedding albums. We have two children, Amy and Joe, who you may see occasionally on the blog. It'll only be occasionally as they tend to disappear when I have a camera in my hand!

As I'm sure you guessed, I love photography, but I also like to read, watch good films and listen to a wide variety of music. Most of all I like to learn new things, I'm interested in just about everything from art and history to science and technology.
