ReThink started in 2011. We'd all been working within Workforce Management and knew a lot about the benefits of implementing systems and tools to improve productivity within retail. We'd also witnessed some things that didn't go quite so well. We figured we could really make a difference advising and implementing productivity projects because of our background and knowledge.
Unlike other consultancies, we have no special relationships with any particular software providers. This means we can independently advise you to find the best fit for your requirements.
Directors Simon and Sue, along with associate director Matt have over 50 years experience working within a variety of retail organisations on productivity and Work Force Management. That means over the years we've seen what works - and importantly what really doesn't - so we're in a great position to share our knowledge with you.
