Retail Property Investments

Retail Property Investments Limited was established in 1961 for the purpose of investment and acting as developers in various property situations, usually of a retail nature we also look at other commercial investments. Benjamin Seitler established the company and is the Chairman; he is a Chartered Accountant (not in practice). He looks after the administration and finance of the company. Leonard Seitler MRICS joined the company in the early 1990's and is Managing Director of the Company supervising its investments and developments.

The company operates throughout the UK but with a preference for the North West, the surrounding area and where the opportunity arises outside that area. Throughout the companys existence it has operated a fairly conservative policy and has managed comfortably to survive recessions in the property market.
