Our clients are Right to Manage Companies, Tenant Management Companies, Developers and Freehold Investors. Our staff are trained in all aspects of property management, based on both good practice and current legislation. Our Property Managers have either qualified with the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) or are studying to attain membership. Remus Management is a member of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) and abides by the Code of Practice of that Association and that of The Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors (RICS).
