We're an independent retailer, and we're proud to say that we are still a local family business. The original business was established in 1934, and in the 1950s was developed by Fred Booker into Leightons Carpets, selling carpet squares and lino. The second generation of the family - Neal, Chris and Suzanne - have expanded the company over the last two decades to become the flourishing retail organisation it is today.
