Soft Tissue Therapy involves the assessment, treatment and management of the soft tissues of the body - Muscles, Fascia, Ligaments and Tendons. This includes postural and injury assessments, sports and remedial massage, deep tissue massage, facial manipulation, remedial exercise and advice to.
Jake is a graduate from the Oxford School of Sports Massage (OSSM), holding a BTEC level 5 qualification in Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage. This is the highest qualification for sports & remedial massage in the UK.
Jake is also a proud member to both the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM) and the Sports Massage Association (SMA). These require Jake to frequently attend workshops and seminars, making sure his knowledge and practical skills are kept up to date. Jake is currently providing his services on the Isle of Wight, and is also the sports and remedial massage therapist for Newport football club.
