If physiotherapy is not appropriate for your condition advice will be given on the best management options. You may wish to discuss your condition over the phone prior to appointment, which we are very happy to do.

Your first appointment will last up to 1 hour and consist of a thorough history taking and physical assessment of your problem. You may be asked to undress so examination of your problem area can be undertaken. You may wish to bring shorts and/or a vest top with you. Where appropriate treatment will also be given in this initial session. Your follow up appointments will last up to 30 mins which will include a brief reassessment of your condition and treatment.
