Hello! My name is Alexa and I am a mobile reflexologist offering relaxing reflexology treatments in the comfort of your own home. I am based in Worcester Park and cover the surrounding area including New Malden, Cheam and Epsom. Reflexology is a complementary therapy whereby tension in the body is released by applying pressure to different reflex points on the feet which correspond to all glands, organs and structures of the body, helping the body work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.
Whilst pregnant I received reflexology and was amazed at the beneficial effects. It inspired me to study it and make a career change from advertiser to reflexologist after having children. I am fully qualified, graduating with a distinction in ITEC's level 3 Diploma in Reflexology with Anatomy and Physiology. I am passionate about women's health and have undertaken further study at The Central London College of Reflexology regarding how to treat women with fertility issues, menstrual issues, menopause symptoms and those who are pregnant. I am fully insured.
