Hello, my name is Heidi Wheeler and I set up Relaxed Mind and Body in 2011. My aim is to help clients like you manage your life better, by focusing on your health, motivation and wellbeing.I enjoy receiving massages myself and over the years I’ve experienced both good and bad treatments. As a client it can be frustrating to discover you don’t receive the pressure you prefer or realise the therapist is not fully present and tuned in with the session. When you book a massage with me, your treatment is designed specifically for you and tailored around the requirements of your lifestyle. I never follow a set routine and will often combine different techniques to give you effective and long lasting positive results.My previous career was in music industry travel and customer services which I enjoyed but knew wasn’t really my true calling. Before moving to Kent and setting up my own private practice, I gained experience working at the Relax lifestyle spa in London and provided on site massages for companies such as Diesel HQ, USwitch and Financial Ombudsman Services.
