Regency Roofline was started in 2002 by Nick Lloyd who owns and runs the company. He also surveys and measures up each job, orders the materials, makes the coffee and does 95% of the fascia installations - a very personal service. Nick is a CITB and City & Guilds trained carpenter and has six years experience fitting fascias and gutters along with general carpentry.
In 2004 we were made approved installers for Freefoam Plastic Building Products. This means that instead of the industry standard 10 year guarantee Regency Roofline customers get a Freefoam 20 year guarantee on their fascia installation when registered on line by the installer. Plastic fascias cost a similar amount to having your house professionally painted (if you can find a painter that wants to work up a ladder) but inlike painting it will not need repainting in 5 years time. A great percentage of my work comes via recommendations from satisfied customers. No outrageous quotations followed by "the phone call to my manager - to get you a discount" before they still give you an expensive quote. Just a reasonable quote after measuring up where you pay for the amount of metres your property requires.
