Reflexology, Counselling & Life Coaching

I have been working in the complementary field for over ten years. I trained with the Association of Reflexolgists and I am a Reiki Master/ Teacher. Because of the emotional work that Reflexology and Reiki can bring to the surface I decided to train as a Counsellor and then a Life Coach in order to help my clients further. I feel Counselling and Life Coaching can enhance your life tremendously. By exploring emotional aspects of your life, for example why you do the things you do or why you procrastinate so often, it can really change and enhance your life in a wonderfully positive way. Reflexology can help reduce and in some cases eliminate symptoms of common physical complaints creating a wonderful sense of well being for both mind and body. It can re-balance the body and rejuvenate it and even if you don't have any thing wrong with you it can give you a wonderful sense of relaxation and well being.
