Richard has always been very passionate about cooking; as a child at home, school and then college, where he qualified as a chef and began his culinary journey. His grounding started in various four and five star Hotels in London, followed by restaurants, a three year spell abroad in Spain before returning to work in the Directors dining rooms of several Blue Chip companies. During this time 3 Gold medals and a bronze were won at the prestigious Hotelympia Exhibition.
