Rebalance is run by a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist registered with The Health Professions Council using evidence based treatment techniques. Your physiotherapist will fully analyse your problem and work with you to deliver a treatment programme that not only eases your symptoms but also addresses the underlying cause in order to guide you back to full fitness.

We are passionate about Pilates and its role in restoring normal movement. It has proved to be a highly effective rehabilitation tool and we use a modified form of Pilates designed for clients who have suffered injury, pain or trauma. Our aims are to restore health through a personalised and holistic approach.
